How the Robust Presell Page works
The Robusta AI presell is a complete pre-sales page, written from the pages you provide. Instead of copying and pasting product information, you paste up to 3 links and AdsX reads the content, organizes it and writes the whole page in the language you choose.
The better the pages, the better the presell. This article shows when to use Robusta AI, which pages to add and what they should contain.
When to use it
Robusta AI works for any type of product: supplements, courses, programs, devices and more. The AI identifies the type of product and builds the right page for it. A supplement, for example, gets an ingredients section; a course shows what the student gets.
You can use it in any campaign, but it is especially useful when the product's official page is not the best option to receive your ads, for example when it:
- makes exaggerated claims, such as a cure or guaranteed results;
- is in a language different from your audience's.
In these cases, Robusta AI creates your own pre-sales page for the same product, with the information written in a clear and responsible way, in the language you choose. Visitors get to know the product on your presell and continue to the official page through your affiliate link.
Step 1: Choose the pages
You can add 1 to 3 URLs. The best options are:
- The product's official sales page: the vendor's page, with the full description. This is the most important source.
- The product's official website: ingredient pages, FAQs or "how it works" pages.
- Reviews and articles about the product: texts written by people who have already analyzed the product.
The page can be in another language. If the product is sold in Spanish and your presell is in English, use the Spanish page anyway: the presell is written in the language you selected in the form.
Step 2: Make sure the page has text
AdsX reads the text on the page. Some things are not read:
- Videos: what is said in a video is not read. A sales page with only a video and little text provides little information.
- Text inside images: banners, screenshots and photos with written text are not read.
- Pages that require login: AdsX only sees what appears to visitors who are not logged in.
Quick test: open the page and try to select the text with your mouse. If you can select it, AdsX can read it.
Step 3: Add the URLs and create the presell
- On the Robusta AI screen, fill in the language, the affiliate link and the product name.
- Under URLs of pages with product information, click Add URL.
- Paste the link and click Save.
- Repeat to add up to 3 pages.
- Click Create presell.
If one of the pages cannot be read, the presell is created from the others and AdsX tells you which one was left out. If none of them can be read, you will see a message asking you to check that the pages open and contain text about the product.
What a good page contains
Each piece of information below becomes a part of your presell. The more of them the pages contain, the more complete your page will be:
- Product description and how it works: the foundation of the presell, with the problem the product solves and an explanation of the solution.
- Ingredients, composition or what's included: shows what the product is made of. For courses and programs, shows what the customer gets.
- How to use it: how, how often and for how long. It becomes the step-by-step section and part of the FAQ.
- Social proof: customer testimonials with the person's name. Only testimonials that appear on the page are used.
- Guarantee: refund period and conditions.
- Expert: name and background of the person who created or recommends the product.
- Bonuses: extra materials included with the purchase.
- FAQ: common questions and the vendor's answers.
You don't need all of them. If a piece of information is not on the pages, the matching section simply doesn't appear in the presell.
AdsX doesn't make things up
Everything in your presell comes from the pages you provided.
AdsX doesn't create testimonials and doesn't invent guarantee periods, ingredients, numbers, studies or experts.
When a piece of information is missing, AdsX leaves the section out instead of filling it with something that isn't true. That's why a page with little information produces a shorter presell, and a complete page produces a complete presell.
Writing that follows advertising policies
Since the presell will receive visitors from ads, AdsX writes it following Google's advertising policies and good practices of honest communication:
- claims are always conditional ("may help", "was designed to"), never absolute;
- no promises of a cure or guaranteed results;
- no price, discount or offer, since those belong on the vendor's page;
- no claims that the product is approved or recommended by doctors.
This applies even when the source page uses those phrases: AdsX uses the product information, not the exaggeration.
Still, review the presell before publishing. You know the product and your campaign, and ad approval is always Google's decision.
After creating it
The presell is created with sample images. Replace them with the product images and adjust anything you want in the editor. See How to edit a presell.
Tips
- Start with the official sales page and use the other two to fill in what's missing, such as the guarantee, testimonials and how to use it.
- Only add pages about the same product. Comparisons of several products can mix up the information.
- Presell too short? Add a page with more text about the product and create it again.
- For a presell in review format, see How the Presell Review Page works.
