# How to track external presell pages with AdsPixel

Is your pre-sell page already live on another server (Hostinger, WordPress, any hosting) and making sales? You don't need to move it: with **External Presell** you generate a script, paste it into the page, and start following clicks and sales inside AdsX — with **AdsPixel** and **sales tracking** enabled.

## Step by step

1. Register the product on AdsX if you haven't yet ([How to register products](https://help.adsxapp.com/en/article/how-to-register-products-m4g4s6/)).
2. Go to **Products > Start > Presell > Create presell** and, in the **Resources** section (below the presell templates), pick the **External Presell** card.
3. Check the **Presell name** (pre-filled with the product name) and paste the **External page URL** — the exact address where your pre-sell page is published.
4. Select the **tracking platform** — the affiliate platform where the sale happens (e.g. if the product is from ClickBank, select ClickBank).
5. Click **Create presell**. AdsX generates the tracking script and opens a window with it ready — click **Copy script**.
6. Paste the script into your page: the tool where you edit your pre-sell page has an option to **insert scripts** — open it and paste (Ctrl+V). If you can't find it, ask that tool's support team where the option to insert scripts on the page is — every tool has one.

Done: since the script lives on your page, the data reaches AdsX's servers even with the page hosted elsewhere. On the presell's card, under **Created pages**, click the statistics icon to see the captured visits and sales.

## Lost the script?

No problem: under **Created pages**, an external presell's card has an exclusive button — **Copy AdsPixel to presell**. Just click it to copy the same script again and paste it into your page.

## Tips

* **Each external presell has its own script.** Don't paste the same script into two different pages — for each page you want to track, create a new External Presell and use its script.
* **Your page stays exactly where it is.** AdsX doesn't change anything on your pre-sell page or its hosting — the script only sends visit and sales data to your account.
* External Presell is part of **AdsPixel** and is available on plans that include the feature. If the screen says your account doesn't have access, talk to support.
