# How to set up the Payt postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that tells AdsX about each Payt sale. Once it is set up, every Payt sale shows up in **My Sales** in AdsX, along with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each Payt account.

## 1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open **Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms**. On the **Payt** card, click **Copy postback**.

## 2. Open the Payt postbacks

Log in to the [Payt dashboard](https://app.payt.com.br/admin/postbacks/create). In your Payt account, open **Ferramentas → Postbacks** (Tools → Postbacks) in the top menu.

## 3. Register a postback

Click **Cadastrar** (Register).

## 4. Fill in the form

1. **Status do postback** (Postback status): leave it on, set to **ativo** (active). A postback that is off does not report any sale.
2. **Nome** (Name): a name you will recognize, such as "AdsX".
3. **Tipo** (Type): choose **PayT V1**.
4. **URL:** paste the postback you copied in AdsX.

5. Under **Produtos ou ofertas de afiliação** (Affiliate products or offers), click **Adicionar produto ou oferta** (Add product or offer).

6. In the window that opens, choose **Ofertas de afiliação** (Affiliate offers) and check every offer on the list.

7. Under **Eventos de venda** (Sale events), check **Finalizada/Aprovada** (Completed/Approved). Also check **Abandono de Checkout** (Checkout abandonment): it shows up in **My Sales** as a checkout, so you see who reached the payment page and did not buy.

## 5. Test and save

Click **Testar URL** (Test URL).

Then click **Salvar** (Save).

## 6. Activate Payt in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the **Payt** card, click **Activate**. Without this click, Payt is not active in AdsX.

The card now shows **Activated**, and Payt appears as an option when you create a presell.

## How to know it worked

The next Payt sale shows up in **Advanced Tracking → My Sales**. If it does not, check:

- that the **Finalizada/Aprovada** event is checked;
- that the link in **URL** matches the one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
- that the presell product is from Payt.
