# How to set up the Kiwify postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that notifies AdsX of every Kiwify sale. On Kiwify, it is called a **webhook**. Once it is set up, every Kiwify sale shows up in **My Sales** in AdsX, together with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each Kiwify account.

## 1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open **Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms**. On the **Kiwify** card, click **Copy postback**.

## 2. Open the Kiwify webhooks

Log in to the [Kiwify dashboard](https://dashboard.kiwify.com.br/apps/webhooks/integrations). In the Kiwify dashboard, click **Apps** in the side menu and then **Webhooks**.

## 3. Create the webhook

Click **Criar webhook** (Create webhook).

## 4. Fill in the webhook

1. **Nome** (Name): a name you will recognize, such as "AdsX".
2. **URL do Webhook** (Webhook URL): paste the postback you copied in AdsX.
3. **Produtos** (Products): choose **Todos que sou afiliado** (All products I'm an affiliate of).
4. **Evento** (Event): select **Compra aprovada** (Purchase approved) and **Assinatura renovada** (Subscription renewed). Also select **Carrinho abandonado** (Abandoned cart): it shows up in **My Sales** as a checkout, so you can see who reached the payment page and did not buy.
5. Click **Criar** (Create).

## 5. Activate Kiwify in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the **Kiwify** card, click **Activate**. Without this click, Kiwify is not active in AdsX.

The card then shows **Activated**, and Kiwify becomes an option when you create a presell.

## How to check that it worked

The next Kiwify sale shows up in **Advanced Tracking → My Sales**. If it does not, check:

- that the **Compra aprovada** (Purchase approved) event is selected;
- that the link in **URL do Webhook** matches the one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
- that the presell product belongs to Kiwify.
