# How to set up the JVZoo postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that tells AdsX about each JVZoo sale. Once it is set up, every JVZoo sale shows up in **My Sales** in AdsX, along with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each JVZoo account.

## 1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open **Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms**. On the **JVZoo** card, click **Copy postback**.

## 2. Create the postback in JVZoo

Log in to the [JVZoo dashboard](https://www.jvzoo.com/newmyaccount/affiliatespostback/create). In the JVZoo side menu, open **My Account → Account Details** and go to **S2S Postback**. Click **Create Your First Postback**. If the account already has a postback, the button is **Add New Postback**.

## 3. Fill in the postback

1. **Name:** a name you will recognize, such as "AdsX".
2. **Postback URL:** paste the postback you copied in AdsX.
3. **Status:** leave it on **Active**. An inactive postback does not report any sale.
4. **Exclude refunded transactions:** check it. This way, a refund does not count as a sale.
5. **Exclude zero-commission conversions:** check it.
6. **Product Selection:** choose **All Products**.
7. Click **Create Postback**.

## 4. Activate JVZoo in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the **JVZoo** card, click **Activate**. Without this click, JVZoo is not active in AdsX.

The card now shows **Activated**, and JVZoo shows up as an option when you create a presell.

## How to know it worked

The next JVZoo sale shows up in **Advanced Tracking → My Sales**. If it does not, check:

- that the postback has **Status** on **Active**;
- that the link in **Postback URL** is the same one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
- that the presell product is from JVZoo.
