# How to set up the ClicksAdv postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that tells AdsX about every ClicksAdv sale. With it set up, every ClicksAdv sale shows up in **My Sales** in AdsX, along with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each ClicksAdv account.

## 1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open **Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms**. On the **ClicksAdv** card, click **Copy postback**.

## 2. Open the ClicksAdv postbacks

Log in to the [ClicksAdv dashboard](https://clicksadv.everflowclient.io/postbacks). In the ClicksAdv menu, click **Postbacks**.

## 3. Create the postback

Create a new postback and fill in the **Add Postback** screen:

1. **Status:** leave it on **Active**. An inactive postback reports no sales.
2. **Postback Type:** Conversion.
3. **Postback Level:** Global.
4. **Delivery Method:** choose **Postback**.
5. **Postback URL:** paste the postback you copied in AdsX.
6. Click **Add**.

## 4. Activate ClicksAdv in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the **ClicksAdv** card, click **Activate**. Without this click, ClicksAdv is not active in AdsX.

The card now shows **Activated**, and ClicksAdv shows up as an option when you create a presell.

## How to know it worked

The next ClicksAdv sale shows up in **Advanced Tracking → My Sales**. If it doesn't, check:

- whether the postback is set to **Active**;
- whether the link in **Postback URL** matches the one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
- whether the presell product is from ClicksAdv.
