# How to set up the ClickBank postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that notifies AdsX of every ClickBank sale. Once it is set up, every ClickBank sale shows up in **My Sales** in AdsX, together with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each ClickBank account.

## 1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open **Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms**. On the **ClickBank** card, click **Copy postback**.

## 2. Open the ClickBank integrations

Log in to the [ClickBank dashboard](https://accounts.clickbank.com/master/dashboard/accounts). In your ClickBank account, open **Integrations → Postback/Pixels** in the side menu.

## 3. Create an integration

Click **Add Integration**.

Under **Additional Integration Options**, choose **Custom Postback/Pixel**.

## 4. Fill in the integration

1. **Integration Name:** a name you will recognize, such as "AdsX".
2. **Status:** leave it on **Active**. An inactive integration does not report any sale.
3. **Account:** choose the nickname you use to promote the product.
4. **Role Type:** Affiliate.
5. **Event Types:** select **Initial Purchase** and **Upsell Purchase**.
6. **Postback URL:** paste the postback you copied in AdsX.
7. Click **Save**.

## 5. Activate ClickBank in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the **ClickBank** card, click **Activate**. Without this click, ClickBank is not active in AdsX.

The card then shows **Activated**, and ClickBank becomes an option when you create a presell.

## How to check that it worked

The next ClickBank sale shows up in **Advanced Tracking → My Sales**. If it does not, check:

- that the integration is set to **Active**;
- that the link in **Postback URL** matches the one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
- that the presell product belongs to ClickBank.
