How to Activate Platforms for Sales Tracking

To see every sale together with the ad that drove it, the platform where you sell needs to be connected and activated in AdsX. Here is how.

1. Open Activate Platforms

In the side menu, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms.

2. Open the step by step for your platform

Each platform has a card. On your platform's card, click Learn how to set it up and follow the step by step that opens.

3. Check that the platform is activated

At the end of the step by step, you click Activate on the card. The card then shows Activated.

4. Pick the platform when you create a presell

Activated platforms show up for selection when you create a presell. Pick the platform of the presell's product. If you pick a different one, the sale is not tracked.
