How to set up the SmashLoud postback in AdsX

The postback is the link that tells AdsX about every SmashLoud sale. With it set up, every SmashLoud sale shows up in My Sales in AdsX, along with the ad that drove it. You set it up once for each SmashLoud account.

1. Copy the postback in AdsX

In the side menu, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms. On the SmashLoud card, click Copy postback.

2. Open the SmashLoud postbacks

Log in to the SmashLoud dashboard. In the SmashLoud side menu, click Postbacks.

3. Create a postback

On the Conversões (Conversions) tab, click + Postback.

4. Fill in the postback

1. Estado (Status): leave it on Ativo (Active). An inactive postback reports no sales.
2. Tipo de postback (Postback type): Conversão (Conversion).
3. Nível de postback (Postback level): Global.
4. Método de entrega (Delivery method): choose Postback.
5. URL do postback (Postback URL): paste the postback you copied in AdsX.
6. Click Adicionar (Add).

5. Activate SmashLoud in AdsX

Go back to AdsX and, on the SmashLoud card, click Activate. Without this click, SmashLoud is not active in AdsX.

The card now shows Activated, and SmashLoud shows up as an option when you create a presell.

How to know it worked

The next SmashLoud sale shows up in Advanced Tracking → My Sales. If it doesn't, check:

• whether the postback is set to Ativo;
• whether the link in URL do postback matches the one you copied in AdsX, complete and with no space at the end;
• whether the presell product is from SmashLoud.
