How to Automatically Create Campaigns and Ads on Google Ads

Automatic campaign creation is done by AdsCreator: you pick the campaign type, it generates everything in about 10 seconds — headlines, descriptions, sitelinks — and campaigns usually come out with an "excellent" initial score on Google Ads.

When publishing, you choose between two paths:

  • Publish to Google Ads — the classic mode. AdsX creates the campaign directly in your Google Ads account, with one keyword and the ad extensions.
  • Publish complete campaign (recommended) — the evolution of the classic mode. On top of everything the previous mode already did, the campaign comes out with multiple keywords (each with its own match type), your niche's negative keywords already applied, language targeting, and per-device bid adjustments. Details and advantages: How to publish complete campaigns on Google Ads

Classic mode

Attention — in this mode, before pasting the campaign URL, CLEAR the field. Google automatically adds an "https://" that causes an error if you don't remove it before pasting. Here's how:

Step by step

  1. Connect your Google Ads account: for AdsCreator to publish campaigns to your Google Ads, connect your account at: Left side menu > Google Accounts > Add.
  2. Account validation (manual campaign): after connecting, create a manual test campaign directly in the desired Google Ads sub-account (it can stay paused). This ensures your account and sub-account have every configuration Google requires completed, with no pending items. Only after this validation can AdsCreator create automatic campaigns.
  3. Campaign creation: pick the campaign type among the 10 available options (Nutra bottom of funnel, Nutra COD bottom of funnel, Digital bottom of funnel, Generic bottom of funnel, Generic COD bottom of funnel, Mid-funnel, Top of funnel, Review, Online launch, In-person launch), based on your strategy.
  4. Text adjustments: every generated headline, sitelink, and description has a "reload" button next to it, which creates alternative texts whenever you want.
  5. Finish: after filling in the requested data, click "create".
  6. Review and activation: campaigns are created paused — on purpose, so you review before spending. Check and make any needed adjustments (audience, budget, etc.) directly in Google Ads and wait for Google's approval before enabling them. Can't find the campaign there? How to find ads that don't show up after automated campaign creation
  7. Finding the campaign: after creation, a button appears at the top of the product screen with the sub-account name and the latest campaign created. Clicking it copies the campaign name, making it easy to find in Google Ads.

Important 1 — AdsCreator's role. AdsCreator is responsible for the initial creation of the campaign based on the information you provide. After publishing, all adjustments, optimizations, tests, performance analysis, and strategic decisions become the advertiser's responsibility, directly in Google Ads. Questions about campaign management, optimization, or daily maintenance are not part of this feature's scope.

Important 2 — disapprovals are part of the routine. Ad disapprovals by Google are common and part of every advertiser's routine on paid media platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. In those cases, it's up to the advertiser to review the flagged reasons, make the corrections, and resubmit the ad for approval. Depending on the product, offer, or strategy, it may also be necessary to create a new campaign in compliance with the platform's policies.
